Kundalini Activation

Immerse yourself in a 90-minute Kundalini Activation session designed to explore trauma healing, inner landscapes, and spiritual connection. This transformative experience integrates bodywork, sound, and somatic therapies, guided by trauma-informed practices to cultivate harmony on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Deepen your connection to self and explore higher levels of consciousness and awareness as you tap into your intuition. All are welcome to participate with no prerequisites. Everyone has their own unique experience with Kundalini Activation, all you need to do is surrender, trust and receive. If you're ready for
a profound transformation and a longer, more intensive journey, this session is for you.

  • Description Finding inner peace can help your experience of surrender go that much smoother. If you have worked with meditation, yoga or breath work it’s a beautiful time to do these practices the day before or day of a session. Having a nourished nervous system can help the process.

    You also don’t need to do anything prior. If the above stresses you out, arrive as you are. That is perfect too.

    What you should do before a session:

    • fast from eating 3 hours prior to your session (hydration is okay) if you’re a breastfeeding mama or really need something to eat light, like fruit

    • no alcohol or plant medicines 24-48 hours prior

    • no caffeine 4 hours prior

    • be sure you set up ample time after session to integrate and nourish your body and heart

    • if you ingest alcohol after the session it will diminish the effects, so its important to do your best to integrate the energy in an intentional way

  • You will lay down on a yoga mat, rug or bed. A spot that is comfortable, but not so comfortable you fall asleep. You will open your hands to receive similar to savasana pose in yoga. And then you will close your eyes and listen to the music. The music takes you on a sound journey. I open the field and connect into your frequency bringing intention to your chakras and energy centers. Moving the energy and guiding it through.

    You may feel spontaneous movement, you may want to sing, scream, cry, shake, laugh, dance, activate light language. Also nothing may happen. All is allowed in this sacred space. You are held exactly as you are with whatever you experience.

    Once the music is complete, you are recommended to share your experiences so we can relate together.

    • Choose a quiet and private room where you won't be disturbed during the session (pets included).

    • Have a flat surface prepared for your session. Yoga mat on the floor or bed is fine. No pillows so that you can lay flat - a light blanket is ok.

    • Feel free to add anything to your room that would contribute to a serene environment such as essential oils, crystals, etc.

    • Ensure the room you choose is well-lit so I can see you clearly. You can use an eye mask to block out the light if needed.

    • Check your internet connection to ensure a stable and smooth online experience.

    • Test your microphone and speakers to ensure clear communication.

    • If you have a speaker/headphones so that the music can be loud and impactful during the journey part of the session, you ideally want the music to be loud to help you get into the zone and minimise noise distractions.

    • Position your webcam in a way that I can see you clearly from head to toe (lying horizontally). Light on in the room so I can see you. You are welcome to wear an eye mask during the session if your room light is distracting.

    • Arrive 5-10 minutes early to your session time so you can be relaxed and have time to set a positive intention for your healing session.

  • After a session the energy is potent and intense. This is heightened Kundalini raw life force energy - the energy of All creation. The energy of non duality - the stream of juicy oneness and collective consciousness.

    Revisiting your session in your mind and seeing what action steps you can take into your current reality to bring the shifts you want. Paying close attention to the people who you cross paths with, taking time with your loved ones and time in nature and exploring all the magic life has to offer is an easy way to integrate this frequency. It’s important that you do not drink alcohol or take substances after or the energetic changes can be diminished.

    You might feel really sensitive - this is normal. You are becoming more sensitive to shed all that is needed for you to stand in your full power + potential. You might have a purifying process - feeling ill and needing time rest. Everyone has a unique experience to them.
