    • Set an intention: Think about what you hope to gain from the session. Maybe you want to release old patterns or gain clarity on a particular issue. Setting an intention can help you focus your energy and get the most out of the experience.

    • Clear your mind: Take some time to quiet your mind before the session. You can meditate, take a bath, or go for a walk in nature. Whatever helps you relax and clear your mind.

    • Hydrate and nourish your body: Make sure you drink plenty of water and eat a light, healthy meal before the session. This will help you feel more grounded and energized.

    • Wear comfortable clothing: Choose clothing that is comfortable and allows you to move freely. You want to be able to fully relax during the session.

    • Be open and receptive: Finally, be open to whatever comes up during the session. Trust that the experience will unfold in the way that is best for you.

  • During an Intuitive Rebirth session, I act as a conduit and channel to tune into what the client needs. The session usually begins with a brief conversation to understand the client's needs and intentions for the session. I then guide the client through a series of energetic techniques and intuitive guidance, to help them release energetic blockages, connect with their true essence and tap into their innate power.

    Each session is unique and tailored to the individual, as the Intuitive Rebirth method is not a one-size-fits-all approach. The aim is to help the client tap into their own intuition and inner wisdom, so they can experience their own unique transformational journey.

    As a channel, I am able to tune into the client's energy and provide insights and guidance that can help them move forward on their path. I work with the client's energy to create a safe and supportive space for them to explore and release any energetic burdens and limitations they may be carrying. Overall, the Intuitive Rebirth session is a collaborative process where the client and I work together to help the client tap into their own innate power and become the best version of themselves.

    • Choose a quiet and private room where you won't be disturbed during the session (pets included).

    • You can use your bed, or yoga mat, sit on floor. You are also welcome to have a blanket available. Have a pillow, tissues and a little bucket (if purging happens its best to have one on stand by)

    • Feel free to add anything to your room to make it calming and comfortable and such as essential oils, crystals, incense etc.

    • Ensure the room you choose is well-lit so I can see you clearly.

    • Have some water with you, hydration is key.

    • Check your internet connection to ensure a stable and smooth online experience.

    • Test your microphone and speakers to ensure clear communication.

    • Some clients prefer using headphones or a quality speaker to enhance the audio quality of the session without external distractions.

    • Arrive 5-10 minutes early to your session time so you can be relaxed and have time to set a positive intention for your healing session.

  • After an intuitive rebirth session, it is important to take some time for self-care and integration. This can help you fully embody the shifts and insights that you gained during the session, and allow you to continue to grow and evolve.

    One important aspect of aftercare is to rest and hydrate. Intuitive rebirth sessions can be intense and can take a lot out of you energetically, so it's important to give yourself time to recover. Drink plenty of water and allow yourself to rest and relax. You may also want to journal about your experience.

    You can use this time to set intentions for the future and reflect on how you want to integrate the changes you experienced. It can also be helpful to engage in activities that support your well-being, such as meditation, yoga, or spending time in nature.

    These practices can help you stay grounded and connected to your inner self. Finally, be gentle with yourself. Transformation is a process, and you may experience ups and downs along the way. Remember to be kind and compassionate towards yourself as you continue to grow and evolve.

    It is not uncommon to experience heightened emotions after a therapy session. This may be because certain thoughts and feelings that were buried deep within us have now surfaced and need to be processed. It is important to understand that this is a natural part of the healing process and that these emotions may arise so we can sit with them and allow them to complete the cycle before they can shift.
